A weekend of fine sailing!

Another Captain Oliver's Regatta has come and gone, leaving a happy group of sailors.  In all, eight races were sailed by three classes to decide who the winners would be.  In the end, SPEEDY NEMO showed she was a cut above the rest by winning both races in the cruising class, leaving BEL AURORA and PURPLE HEART to battle for second and third places.  In Racing Class, GILL RACE TEAM dominated, winning all four races, despite being over early in the third race.  CARAIBE DIESEL put in a consistent performance to finish second with BOOST n SAIL coming back after missing the first race, to finish third.  The venerable TRYST returned to the Regatta for the first time since 2012.  Having recently braved a complete refit by her new owner, she put in a fine show in the Rum Class.

Congratulations to All who came out and raced, we hope you enjoyed the weekend and will be back with your friends for more next year.  Keep the third weekend in May open for us as always.
